If you want to use home remedies for acne scars, then theses methods are suitable for you. First of all, why do we choose home remedies for acne scars? Its because it will cost you less rather then going to a clinic for a treatment for your acne scars. But you should be very careful in doing so, because you are the only one liable to what you are going to do. Well enough about that and let’s start the list for home remedies for acne scars.
- Drink a lot of water – This method is very safe and easy to do, water has effective cleansing and rejuvenating effect on your skin. Dead skin cells are easy to take away when your skin is properly hydrated.
- Fruits and Vegetables – Having a proper diet is the best way to remove acne scars and also to prevent you from having acne. Eat fruits and vegetables that are high in Vitamins C and E. Vitamins C and E are adviced by doctors to keep yourself healthy and prevent diseases plus have a beautiful skin.
- Use Calamansi (Kalamansi) – This is a popular citrus fruit in Philippines and its very useful in many ways. There are two methods that you can use, one is to make a Calamansi Juice or cut the Calamansi into two and apply it directly on your acne or acne scar. Be careful of ope wounds, citrus can bring irritating pain when applied on open wounds.
- Use Tomato on your Acne Scars – Tomatoes are high in vitamin A, which can reduce the production of sebum on your face, sebum is the one responsible for having acne and acne scars. Tomatoes are also rich in anti-oxidants which are healthy to your skin. Slice up a tomato and apply directly on your acne or acne scars.

- Ice cubes – Gently rub the ice cubes on your acne scars everyday, its that simple. This way, it can lessen the inflammation of your skin.

yeah it can plus u can mix calamansi & milk (evaporated milk) for quicker whitening of acne scars. it works!
